Why did the customer contact us?
This customer called for a full gutter replacement. Previous gutter system was 5 inch gutters and 2×3 downspouts. It was improperly installed on top of the roof drip edge with no pitch to the downspouts. It was leaking, sagging, overflowing, and not draining.
Solutions provided:
We upgraded to 6 inch gutters and 3×4 downspouts- strategically placed. We also properly installed underneath the drip edge with higher quality materials and correct pitch to the downspouts. By doing this, we insured the protection of the home, the foundation, wood/stone, and the landscape for the long term. Special thanks to our patio team who framed, added fascia, and painted the covered patio in preparation for gutters!
