Why did the customer contact us?
This customer called us out for water leaking behind the gutters. We found 22 year old gutters installed improperly on top of the drip edge, with loose nails, sagging, and downspouts that were poorly placed, and underground drains were clogged.
Solutions provided:
We installed a new seamless gutter system, added new 2×2 drip edge, strategically placed the downspouts with proper pitch of the gutter, and added leafguard.
We also cleaned out the underground drains to ensure proper expulsion of water away from the home and foundation.
